Microsoft word 2016 crashes when printing free download – Step 1: Test printing in other documents

I haven’t upgraded from or other version. It’s a direct online installation I’ve done 1 week ago and I’m trying this feature for first time on this computer, I’ve used it regularly on my old one. The process of roll-back doesn’t want to start. I’ve executed the procedure several times but the CMD command doesn’t start the Online tool. EXE manually with admin rights – no success.
